SavirAI conversations are included with each plan. Here is what counts as a conversation:

Reset Cycles and Credit Usage
Plan allowances reset on a monthly billing cycle. Credits are consumed in this order:
Plan allowance first
Monthly credits included with your plan. Reset every billing cycle. No rollover.
Purchased credits second
Top-up credits that never expire. Used only after plan allowance is exhausted.
If both are exhausted, you can purchase more credits or wait for your monthly reset. There is no auto top-up.
SavirAI Credit Packs
Purchase additional SavirAI credits. Credits never expire and work on any plan.

Cancellation & Refunds
Cancel anytime
Cancel from Settings → Billing. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for the current period.
After cancellation
Your account reverts to the Free plan. Data is retained. You can upgrade again anytime. Purchased credit packs remain available on the Free plan.
