Integrations
SavirOS connects with the tools you already use. Calendar for scheduling, transcription for meetings, email for context, and enrichment for profiles. All connections use secure OAuth.
How OAuth Works
All integrations use OAuth 2.0, the industry-standard secure authorization protocol:
You click Connect in SavirOS
You are redirected to the provider (Google, Microsoft, etc.) to sign in
You review and approve the specific permissions SavirOS is requesting
The provider gives SavirOS a token to access your data. We never see your password.
We request minimal permissions (read-only where possible). You can disconnect any integration instantly, and tokens are deleted immediately.
Calendar Integrations
Google Calendar
AvailableConnect unlimited Google accounts. Real-time sync with Google Meet links extracted automatically.
Setup: Click Connect Google Calendar, sign in with your Google account, grant read-only calendar access.
Microsoft Outlook
AvailableConnect Microsoft 365 and Exchange accounts. Teams meeting links included.
Setup: Click Connect Outlook, sign in with your Microsoft account, grant calendar read access.
Calendly
AvailableCalendly-booked events appear alongside your other calendars automatically.
Setup: Click Connect Calendly, authorize the connection, and booked events sync within minutes.
Apple iCloud Calendar
Coming SooniOS and macOS calendar support for native Apple calendar users.
Setup: In development. Expected Q2 2026.
Meeting Transcription
Otter.ai
AvailableReal-time transcription with speaker identification. Transcripts sync automatically after meetings.
Setup: Connect your Otter.ai account via OAuth. Transcripts import automatically after each meeting ends.
Fireflies.ai
AvailableAI meeting assistant that joins your calls. Full transcripts with searchable archives.
Setup: Connect your Fireflies account. The bot joins your meetings automatically and syncs transcripts.
Email, Enrichment & Video
Gmail
AvailableEmail context for prep briefs. Key topics from recent threads with meeting attendees.
Setup: Connect your Gmail account via OAuth. SavirOS reads recent email threads for relationship context.
Profile data, company info, role history. Automatic contact enrichment.
Setup: Enrichment happens automatically using public LinkedIn data. No separate connection required.
Zoom
BetaMeeting link detection and one-click join. Recording integration.
Setup: Zoom links are detected automatically from calendar events.
Connecting an Integration
Go to Settings → Integrations
Click the integration you want to connect
Authorize via OAuth (secure, we never see your password)
Data starts syncing automatically within seconds
Disconnecting an Integration
You can disconnect any integration at any time:
- •Go to Settings → Integrations
- •Click “Disconnect” next to the integration
- •OAuth tokens are deleted immediately
- •Previously synced data remains in your account unless you delete it
