Your Unified Calendar

Connect all your calendars into one view. See every event, detect conflicts across accounts, join any meeting in one click, and never miss a meeting again.

Why a Unified Calendar Matters

Most professionals juggle 2-5 calendar accounts: work Google, personal Google, client Outlook, Calendly bookings. Switching between them causes:

  • Γ—Double-bookings you discover too late
  • Γ—Hunting for Zoom, Meet, or Teams links across apps
  • Γ—No single view of your full day, week, or month

SavirOS solves this by syncing every calendar into one unified view with automatic conflict detection.

How to Connect

1

Go to Settings β†’ Integrations

2

Click "Connect Google Calendar" or "Connect Outlook"

3

Authorize via OAuth (we only request read-only access)

4

Events appear in your unified view within 30 seconds

You can connect multiple accounts of the same type (e.g., 3 Google calendars and 2 Outlook accounts).

Sync Behavior

Automatic sync every 5 minutes

New, updated, and deleted events are reflected within 5 minutes of the change in your source calendar.

6-month historical sync

When you first connect, SavirOS pulls 6 months of past events to build your relationship memory from day one.

90-day forward sync

Future events are synced up to 90 days ahead. Recurring events are expanded into individual instances.

All-day events

All-day events appear in a dedicated section at the top of each day, separate from timed events.

Conflict Detection

SavirOS automatically detects overlapping events across all connected calendars. You will see:

  • !A weekly summary of conflicts (e.g., β€œ3 conflicts this week”)
  • !Visual overlap indicators in day and week views
  • !Source labels so you know which calendar each event belongs to

One-Click Join

SavirOS automatically extracts video meeting links from event descriptions and conference data. Supported platforms:

ZoomGoogle MeetMicrosoft TeamsWebex

Meetings without a video link are flagged so you can add one before it is too late.

Troubleshooting

Events not appearing?

Wait up to 5 minutes for the next sync cycle. If events still do not appear, go to Settings β†’ Integrations and click β€œRe-sync” next to the calendar account.

OAuth connection failed?

Make sure you are not using a browser with strict privacy extensions that block OAuth popups. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the account.

Missing video links?

Video links are extracted from the event's conference data and description. If the organizer added the link in the body text in an unusual format, it may not be detected automatically.

SavirOS requests read-only access to your calendars. We cannot create, modify, or delete events. Your calendar data is used only to display events, detect conflicts, generate prep briefs, and build relationship memory.
