What Is a Prep Brief?
A prep brief is an AI-generated document that answers the questions you would otherwise scramble to figure out before a meeting:
Who is this person? — Role, company, LinkedIn profile, recent activity
What is our history? — Past meetings, what was discussed, key decisions
What are the open loops? — Things you promised them, things they promised you
What should I talk about? — AI-suggested topics based on all available context

First Meeting vs. Follow-Up
SavirOS detects whether this is your first meeting with someone or a follow-up, and adapts the brief accordingly:

Where the Data Comes From
Public web data
LinkedIn profiles, company websites, recent news articles. Updated regularly.
Your meeting history
Past meetings from your calendar. Summaries and notes you have added.
Your relationship record
The contact profile in SavirOS, including your private notes, tags, and context.
Email context
Key topics from email threads if you have connected Gmail. Only available with Gmail integration.
Timing and Delivery
Prep briefs are delivered automatically before each meeting. The default is 30 minutes, but you can customize:

Attendee Prep Briefs
SavirOS can send a lightweight prep brief to every attendee before your meeting, giving everyone context about who is in the room. This is opt-in per meeting and you control exactly what is shared.
