Relationship Memory

Every meeting builds your relationship intelligence. Over time, SavirOS remembers everyone you have met, everything you promised, and every pattern in how you build relationships.

What Is Relationship Memory?

Relationship memory is the compounding intelligence SavirOS builds from your meetings, notes, and interactions:

  • •Contact profiles — Who they are, where they work, LinkedIn context, profile photo
  • •Interaction timeline — Every meeting, chronologically, with summaries and notes
  • •Open loops — Promises made in both directions, with due dates
  • •Health score — Active, cooling, or cold status based on interaction frequency
  • •Private notes — Your personal context about the relationship, visible only to you

Contact Profiles

Contacts are created automatically when someone appears as an attendee on a calendar event, is mentioned in meeting notes, or is detected in a transcript. Profiles are enriched with:

LinkedIn profileCompany infoRole and titleProfile photoRecent activity

Enrichment uses publicly available data only. You can manually edit any contact profile at any time.

Relationship Health Scores

Each contact has a health status based on interaction frequency:

Active

Interaction within the last 30 days. Relationship is healthy.

Cooling

Last interaction was 30-90 days ago. Consider reaching out.

Cold

Last interaction was 90+ days ago but was previously active. Relationship needs attention.

Going Cold Alerts

When a relationship that was active starts to cool, SavirOS alerts you before it goes cold:

12 relationships going cold this month

These are contacts you have met multiple times but have not interacted with recently. The alert helps you re-engage before the relationship fades entirely.

For each going cold contact, SavirOS can:

  • •Show your full meeting history together
  • •Suggest a re-engagement reason based on context
  • •Draft a personalized check-in email

Promise Tracking

Open loops are promises that have not been fulfilled yet. SavirOS tracks two directions:

You promised them

“I will send the proposal by Friday”
“Let me share that article”

They promised you

“I will make the intro to their CTO”
“They will get back with pricing”

Open loops are extracted from meeting notes and transcripts automatically, and surfaced in prep briefs before your next meeting with that person.
