SavirOS is the Relationship Intelligence Platform—a tool that helps you prepare for meetings, track professional relationships, and build lasting connections.

SavirOS provides:

• Integration with calendar services to display a unified calendar view
• AI-powered prep briefs before meetings
• Relationship memory and contact tracking
• Relationship health alerts and going cold notifications

SavirOS helps you prepare for meetings and track relationships. It does not make decisions for you.

You remain responsible for:

• The accuracy of information you add to relationship records
• How you use AI-generated prep briefs
• Verifying AI-generated content before relying on it
• Your interactions with the people in your network

When SavirOS generates prep briefs and suggestions:

• AI-generated content is based on available data and may contain errors
• Prep briefs are suggestions, not verified facts
• You should verify important information before using it in meetings
• AI features are provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy

You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content in your professional interactions.

SavirOS does not promise:

• Specific business outcomes or improved relationships
• 100% accuracy in AI-generated prep briefs
• Complete or up-to-date contact enrichment data

SavirOS provides tools for meeting preparation and relationship tracking. Results depend on how you use them.

You agree not to:

• Use SavirOS to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the SavirAI system
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the system logic
• Share account access with unauthorized users

When you connect third-party services (Gmail, Outlook, Slack, etc.):

• You authorize SavirOS to access those services on your behalf
• You must have the authority to grant such access
• You can revoke access at any time
• SavirOS is not responsible for changes to third-party APIs

For paid plans:

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• SavirAI actions are metered and consumed from your plan allowance or purchased credits
• Unused plan allowance does not roll over
• Purchased credits never expire

SavirOS is provided “as is.”

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these terms
• Abuse of the platform or other users
• Unlawful use

We do not terminate accounts arbitrarily. You will be notified of any issues before termination when possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• SavirOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for actions taken by SavirAI that you approved or auto-enabled

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

We may update these terms from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
