Privacy Policy
SavirOS is the Relationship Intelligence Platform.
Your relationship data is yours. Never fuel for ads.
What we collect
- Your account information (email, authentication data)
- Calendar events and attendee information from connected calendars
- Relationship data you manually add (notes, contact details)
- Meeting notes and AI prep brief history
- Integration OAuth tokens (encrypted)
We do not collect:
full email content · browsing data · third-party activity · behavioral tracking outside SavirOS · advertising identifiers
How your integrations work
When you connect Google Calendar, Outlook, or other services:
- We use OAuth 2.0—we never see your password
- We request read-only access to sync calendar events
- We store event metadata to build your relationship context
- You can disconnect at any time—tokens are immediately deleted
How your data is used
Your data is used only to:
- Build and maintain your relationship memory
- Generate AI prep briefs before your meetings
- Track relationship health and provide going cold alerts
- Send you notifications about upcoming meetings
We do not:
sell data · rent data · train AI models on your content · share data with advertisers or brokers · analyze patterns across users
AI Processing
When we generate prep briefs and process your data:
- Queries are sent to Anthropic Claude for processing
- Your data is not used to train any AI models
- Prep briefs are generated on-demand before meetings
- Processing logs are not retained beyond the session
Data ownership
You own your relationship data.
SavirOS does not claim ownership over your contacts, meeting notes, or any derived insights.
You can export your complete history at any time (Pro plans and above).
Deletion
You may delete your account at any time.
Deletion permanently removes:
- All contacts and relationship history
- All meeting notes and prep briefs
- All integration tokens and credentials
- All associated metadata
Deleted data is not recoverable.
Security
We use industry-standard security practices:
- AES-256 encryption at rest
- TLS 1.3 encryption in transit
- SOC 2 compliant infrastructure
For detailed security information, see our Security page.
Changes
If this policy changes, it will change slowly and visibly.
No silent updates.
We will notify you of material changes via email and in-app notification.
