If it's not right for you, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with SavirOS for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
This guarantee applies to:
- Individual monthly subscriptions
- Individual annual subscriptions
- Team subscriptions (for the first billing cycle)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Email us at support@saviros.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Include your account email address
- Briefly explain your reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)
We will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- No refund will be issued for the remaining days in your current billing period (unless within the 14-day guarantee window)
Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions:
- Full refund within 14 days of purchase
- After 14 days, no prorated refunds are available
- You can still cancel to avoid automatic renewal for the next year
Credit Purchases
AI credits purchased separately (beyond your subscription):
- Are non-refundable once purchased
- Do not expire as long as your account remains active
- Can be transferred to a new account upon request (within 30 days of account closure)
Enterprise Plans
Enterprise plans have custom refund policies negotiated in the contract. Please refer to your enterprise agreement or contact your account manager for details.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent or abusive activity
- Repeated refund requests (pattern of abuse)
Payment Disputes
If you have a billing dispute or unauthorized charge, please contact us immediately at support@saviros.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank.
Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension and loss of access to your data.
Data Retention After Refund
After a refund is processed:
- Your account will be downgraded to the free tier (if available)
- Your data will be retained for 30 days
- You can export your data during this period
- After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted
