Zoom + SavirOS

A Zoom integration is a connection between the Zoom video conferencing platform and an external application that enhances the meeting experience with additional context, automation, or intelligence. SavirOS connects to Zoom through OAuth 2.0, detecting Zoom meeting links across all your connected calendars, surfacing one-click join buttons, and generating AI-powered prep briefs before every Zoom call so you walk into each meeting knowing exactly who you are meeting and what to discuss.

What You Get

Never join a Zoom call unprepared

Zoom handles the video. SavirOS handles the preparation. Know who you are meeting, what you discussed last time, and what to cover before the call starts.

Automatic Zoom Link Detection

SavirOS scans every calendar event from Google Calendar, Outlook, and Calendly for Zoom meeting links. When a Zoom URL is found, it is extracted and displayed as a prominent join button in your calendar view.

One-Click Join

When it is time for your Zoom call, click the join button directly from SavirOS. No more hunting through email threads or calendar event descriptions for the meeting link. SavirOS puts it front and center.

AI Prep Briefs Before Zoom Calls

Before every Zoom meeting, SavirOS generates a prep brief with attendee backgrounds, relationship history, past conversation topics, and suggested talking points. Walk into every Zoom call fully prepared.

Meeting Notes Integration

After a Zoom call ends, SavirOS captures the meeting context and updates relationship profiles for every attendee. Promises made, topics discussed, and follow-ups are tracked automatically across your relationship history.

Setup

Connect in three steps

1

Sign in to SavirOS

Create your free SavirOS account or sign in with existing credentials. The setup process takes less than a minute.

2

Authorize Zoom

Click "Connect Zoom" in Settings. SavirOS uses Zoom's OAuth 2.0 API to securely connect to your Zoom account. You approve permissions directly through Zoom's consent flow and SavirOS never stores your password.

3

Start Joining Meetings

SavirOS immediately begins detecting Zoom links in your calendar events and surfacing one-click join buttons. Prep briefs are generated automatically for every upcoming Zoom meeting.

Zoom Features

Built for Zoom power users

Create Zoom Meetings from SavirOS

Schedule new meetings directly from SavirOS and a Zoom meeting link is created automatically via the Zoom API. The link is attached to your calendar event and shared with attendees.

Token Refresh Support

SavirOS handles Zoom OAuth token refresh automatically. Once you authorize the connection, it stays active indefinitely without requiring you to re-authenticate.

Cross-Calendar Zoom Detection

Whether a Zoom link appears in a Google Calendar event, an Outlook meeting, or a Calendly booking, SavirOS detects and extracts it. Every Zoom meeting across every calendar source gets a join button.

Meeting ID and Passcode Parsing

SavirOS parses both direct Zoom join links and meeting ID plus passcode combinations. Even if a Zoom link is embedded in a block of text inside an event description, SavirOS finds and extracts it.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How does SavirOS connect to Zoom?

SavirOS connects to Zoom through Zoom's official OAuth 2.0 API. When you click "Connect Zoom" in SavirOS settings, you are redirected to Zoom's authorization page where you sign in and approve the connection. SavirOS never sees or stores your Zoom password. The OAuth tokens are encrypted and refreshed automatically to maintain a persistent connection.

Do I need a paid Zoom account?

No. SavirOS works with both free and paid Zoom accounts. The one-click join and AI prep brief features work regardless of your Zoom plan. Creating Zoom meetings from SavirOS requires a Zoom account but does not require a paid tier.

Can SavirOS detect Zoom links in events from any calendar?

Yes. SavirOS scans for Zoom meeting links across every connected calendar source -- Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Calendly, and others. If a Zoom URL appears anywhere in an event title, description, or location field, SavirOS extracts it and surfaces a one-click join button. This works even when the Zoom link was added by someone else who scheduled the meeting.
