Microsoft Outlook + SavirOS

A Microsoft Outlook integration is a secure connection between your Outlook calendar and an external application that reads event data to provide additional functionality. SavirOS connects to Microsoft Outlook through the Microsoft Graph API using OAuth 2.0, pulling your meetings, attendees, and conferencing links to generate AI-powered prep briefs, build relationship intelligence, and deliver a unified calendar view that combines Outlook with every other calendar you use.

What You Get

Transform Outlook into a relationship engine

Outlook manages your schedule. SavirOS adds the context layer -- who you are meeting, your history together, and what to prepare before you join.

Unified Calendar View

Merge your Outlook calendar with Google Calendar, Calendly, and other sources into one clean timeline. See your entire day across every account without switching apps.

AI Meeting Prep Briefs

Before every Outlook meeting, SavirOS builds an AI prep brief covering attendee backgrounds, past interactions, relationship status, and suggested talking points so you walk in prepared.

Teams Link Detection

SavirOS automatically detects Microsoft Teams meeting links inside your Outlook events and surfaces them for one-click join directly from your SavirOS calendar.

Relationship Intelligence

SavirOS tracks every contact across your Outlook meetings and builds relationship profiles over time. See when relationships are going cold, review past conversations, and never lose context.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How does SavirOS connect to Microsoft Outlook?

SavirOS connects to Outlook through the Microsoft Graph API using OAuth 2.0. When you click "Connect Outlook" in SavirOS, you are redirected to Microsoft's official login page where you sign in and approve read access to your calendar. SavirOS never sees or stores your Microsoft password. The connection works with both Outlook.com personal accounts and Microsoft 365 enterprise accounts.

Is my Outlook calendar data private?

Yes. SavirOS requests the minimum calendar read permissions required through the Microsoft Graph API. Your event data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest. SavirOS does not share your calendar data with any third party. You can revoke access from your Microsoft Account security settings or disconnect from the SavirOS integrations page at any time.

Can I connect both Outlook and Google Calendar?

Yes, and this is one of the most common SavirOS configurations. Many professionals use Outlook at work and Google Calendar for personal events. SavirOS merges both into a single unified calendar view so you see every meeting in one place. Prep briefs are generated for events from all connected accounts, and relationship intelligence spans across both ecosystems.
