Google Meet + SavirOS

A Google Meet integration is a connection that brings Google Meet video conferencing data into an external application to enhance meeting preparation and follow-through. SavirOS detects Google Meet links across every connected calendar -- Google Calendar, Outlook, and Calendly -- and surfaces one-click join buttons alongside AI-generated prep briefs that include attendee backgrounds, relationship history, and suggested talking points. The result is that every Google Meet call you join starts with full context on who you are meeting and why.

What You Get

Walk into every Google Meet call prepared

Google Meet handles the video call. SavirOS handles the preparation. Get attendee context, relationship history, and talking points before the camera turns on.

Automatic Meet Link Detection

SavirOS automatically detects Google Meet links inside every calendar event -- whether the event comes from Google Calendar, Outlook, or Calendly. Meet URLs are extracted and displayed as a prominent join button.

One-Click Join from Calendar

When a meeting with a Google Meet link is about to start, SavirOS surfaces a one-click join button directly in your calendar view. No digging through event details or email invitations to find the meeting URL.

AI Prep Briefs Before Meet Calls

Before every Google Meet call, SavirOS generates a prep brief with attendee profiles, your relationship history with each person, past meeting notes, and suggested talking points tailored to the meeting context.

Relationship Context for Attendees

SavirOS builds relationship profiles for every person you meet on Google Meet. Over time you accumulate a complete history of meetings, discussion topics, promises made, and relationship health scores for each contact.

Google Meet Features

Built for the Google Workspace ecosystem

Google Workspace Native

SavirOS is built to work seamlessly with Google Workspace. Google Meet links created through Google Calendar are detected automatically without any additional configuration.

Cross-Calendar Meet Detection

When someone shares a Google Meet link inside an Outlook event or a Calendly booking, SavirOS detects it just as reliably. Meet link detection works across every connected calendar source.

Meeting Context Attachment

SavirOS attaches rich context to every Google Meet event including attendee roles, company information, mutual connections, and your full interaction history with each participant.

Works Alongside Google Meet Features

SavirOS complements Google Meet's own features like recording, transcription, and hand-raise. SavirOS handles the before-meeting preparation while Google Meet handles the during-meeting experience.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How does SavirOS detect Google Meet links?

When you connect Google Calendar to SavirOS, all calendar events are synced including their meeting conference data. Google Calendar events that include a Google Meet link store that link in a structured conference field. SavirOS reads this field and extracts the Meet URL to display a one-click join button. For events from other calendar sources like Outlook, SavirOS scans the event description and location fields for Google Meet URLs using pattern matching.

Do I need to connect Google Meet separately from Google Calendar?

No. Google Meet links are embedded within Google Calendar events. When you connect your Google Calendar to SavirOS, Meet link detection is included automatically. There is no separate Google Meet connection step. If you also use Outlook or Calendly and those events contain Google Meet links, SavirOS detects them across all sources as long as those calendar accounts are connected.

Does SavirOS record or access my Google Meet calls?

No. SavirOS does not record, listen to, or access the audio or video content of your Google Meet calls. SavirOS focuses exclusively on meeting preparation -- generating prep briefs before the call using calendar event data and relationship context. The actual video conferencing experience happens entirely within Google Meet. SavirOS reads calendar event metadata, not meeting content.
