One-Click Join
One-click join is a feature that extracts video meeting links -- from Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Webex -- from calendar events and provides instant join access directly from the calendar interface. It eliminates the need to open the event, search for the link, and navigate to the meeting platform manually.
Video meeting links are often buried in event descriptions, location fields, or invitation emails. When you are running between back-to-back calls, even a few seconds spent hunting for a join link creates friction. One-click join solves this by automatically parsing every event for meeting URLs and surfacing them prominently.
The feature works by scanning the event body, location, and description fields for known meeting URL patterns -- zoom.us, meet.google.com, teams.microsoft.com, and webex.com links are all detected automatically. When a link is found, a join button appears directly on the event card in the calendar view.
SavirOS also detects when a meeting should have a video link but does not, surfacing a missing link alert. This is particularly useful for meetings created by others where the organizer may have forgotten to include the conferencing details. Instead of scrambling at meeting time, you know in advance which meetings need a link update.
