Meeting Notes

Meeting notes are structured records of meeting content, either auto-captured from transcription services like Otter.ai and Fireflies.ai or manually entered, with AI-extracted summaries and action items. They serve as the raw input for relationship intelligence -- capturing what happened in each meeting so the system can analyze, store, and resurface the information when it matters.

Meeting notes are the foundation of meeting memory. Without a record of what was discussed, every relationship starts from scratch at each interaction. Traditional note-taking is manual, inconsistent, and often abandoned under the pressure of back-to-back schedules. Modern meeting notes address this by offering multiple capture methods.

Auto-capture integrates with transcription services that record and transcribe meetings automatically. The raw transcript is then processed by AI to extract key elements: decisions made, action items assigned, topics discussed, and commitments created. Manual capture provides a structured template for quick post-meeting input when full transcription is not available or desired.

SavirOS accepts meeting notes from both manual entry and integrated transcription services. Regardless of the input method, the AI processes the content to extract structured data: summaries, action items, promises, and key topics. This structured data feeds into the relationship intelligence system, powering prep briefs, promise tracking, and interaction history. The notes themselves become searchable records that SavirAI can query to answer questions about past meetings.
